Transparent Billing and Payment
Billing is based on the industry tariff (Tariff 590), calculated according to actual time spent, in five-minute increments.
My treatments typically cost between CHF 180 and 220 and last about 45 to 60 minutes. An initial consultation lasts about an hour, and a follow-up consultation lasts about 45–50 minutes.
Treatment is billed directly on-site. You're welcome to pay in cash, with TWINT, or with EC/Maestro cards (American Express is not accepted). We'll send you the reimbursement receipt for your supplementary insurance afterward by email.
Rescheduling Appointments
Scheduled appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. For shorter-notice cancellations, we will charge you for the appointment, unless we're able to fill the slot with another client.
Insurance Coverage
My therapeutic services are based on recognized treatment methods and are partially covered by most supplementary insurance providers for complementary medicine. Please note that I do not work with the Helsana Group.
Please note that certain insurers or insurance products (e.g., Visana, Groupe Mutuel, CSS, etc.) reimburse a maximum of CHF 14.00 per 5 minutes. Any resulting difference will be billed to you privately as a personal contribution and will be clearly itemized on the invoice as "individual surcharges / deductibles."
