How does an osteopathic treatment proceed?
A treatment consists of an intake interview (anamnesis), an examination and the treatment.
The admission interview (anamnesis)
We discuss your complaints in a detailed conversation. We not only pay attention to the complaint itself, but also ask questions about your lifestyle, medical history and typical family health complaints. This way we get a clear picture of your body and can determine the best treatment method.
The investigation
After the consultation, we examine all the movement systems of your body for blockages and movement restrictions. We then explain in detail what we have found and how all the components are connected. We discuss the further course of treatment and you learn how you can prevent your complaints in the future.
The osteopathic treatment
The treatment is manual and is not limited to the place where the complaint manifests itself. After a treatment, we give your body time to react and use its self-healing powers.
