About me
Our bodies are truly remarkable – full of connections and interactions that aren’t immediately visible.
Although I was always very active and athletic, I often struggled with my immune system and physical health. No one could explain why. So, I decided to start looking for answers myself.
In 2011, I began my training as an osteopath. There, I learned to view the body holistically – not just treating isolated symptoms, but understanding the person as a whole.
I discovered how the gut can influence the lower back, how shoulder tension can lead to headaches or tinnitus, and how a blockage in the foot can affect the body’s entire posture. I found the answers I was looking for – and today, my greatest motivation is to help others feel more comfortable and at ease in their bodies.
Because learning never truly ends, lifelong learning is a natural part of my journey. Since completing my osteopathy training, I’ve continuously expanded my knowledge – including orthomolecular medicine, specializations in gynecology, pregnancy, and the treatment of newborns. Since 2023, I have also been deepening my training in reflexology.
