Holistic Philosophy

My practice is built on the knowledge and mindset that shaped me during my five years of osteopathy studies. This holistic way of thinking still guides me today: understanding the body as a single, interconnected whole, promoting mobility, and supporting its natural ability to heal itself.

Over the years, through many valuable experiences, my approach has continued to evolve. Today, I combine different methods that complement each other gently, from craniosacral therapy to reflexology to dentosophy. My knowledge, areas of specialization, and passion for holistic health all flow into every treatment I provide.

The practice's name, "Osteo X," reminds me of my professional roots while also reflecting what defines my work today.

To me, the "X" is more than just a symbol. It represents:

  • the connection between body, mind, and environment
  • the balance that emerges when everything is in harmony
  • and the structure found in our DNA, in our joints and fascia, and in the X chromosome, the carrier of new life

Supporting pregnant women and newborns is especially close to my heart. During this sensitive time, I often work through reflex zones, as they allow for targeted impulses even when direct access isn't possible or appropriate. To me, reflex zones are like little "X" points, intersections between organs, nerves, energy, and perception.

In everything I do, it all comes down to one thing: supporting your body's natural ability to self-regulate. Mindfully, individually, and holistically.
