Tariffs and costs
Transparent Billing and Payment
Our services usually cost between CHF 130.– and 180.– and last approximately 45 to 60 minutesBilling is based on the official industry rate (Tariff 590) and calculated according to the actual time spent, in increments of five minutes.
Please note that file review and documentation are also considered part of the consultation time.
Please be aware that the treatment will be billed directly on-site. You are welcome to pay in cash, via TWINT, or with EC/Maestro cards (no American Express). We will provide you with a reimbursement receipt for your supplementary insurance via email.
Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
For shorter notice, we reserve the right to charge the session fee – unless we are able to fill the slot with someone else.
Insurance Coverage
Our treatments are recognized methods and are partially covered by most supplementary health insurance providers for complementary medicine.
It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider whether and to what extent the costs will be reimbursed. If you have any questions or if one of our therapists does not appear on your insurer’s provider list, feel free to contact us anytime – we’re happy to help.
