Transparent invoice and payment
A 45-50 minute treatment usually costs between CHF 160-180. We charge for the time spent, per five minutes of treatment, according to the industry tariff (tariff 590). Please note that the consultation time also includes the study of files and the management of dossiers.
We remind you that the treatment will be charged on site. We accept payments in cash, with TWINT and EC / Maestro cards (no American Express). Of course, you will receive a refund receipt for your insurance.
Postponing appointments
The appointment can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. We dispence if we can pass on appointments that have been canceled at short notice.
Reimbursement
Osteopathy is a recognized treatment, and the cost of treatment is partially covered by the supplemental insurance for alternative medicine. We advise our patients to check directly with their health insurance and/or supplemental insurance providers regarding coverage and reimbursement of the treatment costs.
Since 2017, some of our therapists no longer work with the Helsana and Visana Group. Patients with supplementary insurance with the Helsana / Visana Group should contact us directly.
